0 <br />Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />November 3, 2022 <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />CPC Subcommittee Report onCPCPlane (continued) <br />The four categories of funding; Open Space, Recreation, Historic Preservation and Affordable <br />Housing will be reviewed in terms of Category Specific Criteria. The updated Plan will also <br />prioritize the General Criterial associated to the application proposals. <br />It is anticipated the updated CPC Plan would be ready for the Annual September 2023 Public <br />Hearing. <br />It was recommended the Annual Report of the CPC be considered as an attachment to the <br />updated Plan. It was also suggested the document highlight the Land Bank purchases that were <br />funded by the CPC. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Review of General & S cific,Criteria wfor wCPcations: <br />Discussion followed with respect to General and Specific Criteria for CPC Applications. CPC <br />members were requested to prioritize the list to assist the Subcommittee in their endeavor.
