Sherman <br />Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Weeden at 6:30 p.m. <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br />MINUTES <br />November 21. 2022 Regular Session Minutes: <br />The minutes were amended on Page 10 as underlined: <br />chaela Colombo -Wyman argued <br />With the use of free cash as an offset, both Chairman Weeden and Mi........................ <br />for a higher 1.�ercentage to.benefitresidents. <br />The following; was two dart vote to implement the residential exemption and to set the ercentawge of <br />the exem ��tp ion. � <br />Motion made by Selectman W Brian -Colombo tov mplement_the residential exem )tlon. <br />Motion seconded Se ectman Cotton. <br />VOTE: 4-1. Mr. Debrowski urged the Select Board to develop a strategic plan, to include <br />Phase II, design and construction costs while communicating openly to the public regarding this need. <br />
