MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 27,2022 <br /> Chris Gallagher, Town Engineer said that the original setback is 21.9 ft. to the deck on the <br /> house. He wanted to know if the setback to the wetlands is from the building or deck. The <br /> closest point is really 26 ft.to the deck. It's not 32 ft. from the house. If this house is moved <br /> an inch to the right,left,or forward it will not comply with Zoning.There isn't a dimension <br /> indicated on the site plan. If the dwelling is moved back 2 ft. it would be more room. <br /> Mr. Goldstein said that he is very-careful to pin the footings on his projects. The setback <br /> from wetlands is for any structure. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer commented that she had a conversation with the Conservation Agent to <br /> discuss her house project because she is in the same neighborhood. <br /> Attorney McTernan said he would like to have a discussion with the Engineer. <br /> Mr. Gallagher said he would like to review the plans with the Engineer who designed the <br /> plans, and will provide the Board with his suggestions. <br /> Attorney McTernan asked for an extension until Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Mr. Bonvie <br /> made a motion that the Board accept the applicant's extension until May 11, 2022. Mr. <br /> Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Caggiano, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, and Mr. <br /> Furbush, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve April 13, 2022 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Gould seconded.
