MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 22,2022 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Caggiano, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the deck expansion. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership (MCLP), and Jobs Whiting Trust (JWT, to <br /> discuss Notice of Project Change pursuant to the provisions of 760 CMR 56.05(11)(a), <br /> Chapter 40B Regulations. <br /> Attorney,Peter Freeman and Tom Feronti,Director of Planning and Construction for Mashpee <br /> Commons were present to discuss the letter sent to the Board dated May 26, 2022 explaining <br /> that the project is proceeding with the phase that is on-going, and they believe this is in tune <br /> with the market now with their project planning, and are asking to proceed that the 38 units be <br /> changed from the tenure in terms of regulations be no longer homeowner to become rental <br /> units. They believe it's an insubstantial change in the 40B Regulations. <br /> The Board asked several questions regarding the details of the original 2006-2007, 40B <br /> Comprehensive Permit, and the current conditions of the housing market. The Board believed <br /> that the request for the change in tenure of the 38 units is an insubstantial change. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to approve that the change from the sale of 38 units to rental <br /> units is an insubstantial change conditioned that the letter from Freeman Law Group dated May <br /> 26, 2022 be entered into the record. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, seconded, yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> ➢ Approve June 8, 2022 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer moved to approve the Meeting Minutes. Mr. Blaisdell seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> 4 <br />
