MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 11, 2022 <br /> Chris Gallagher, Town Engineer had a discussion with the project engineer and addressed <br /> all his concerns. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Board of Health, Conservation, DPW Director, and Town Engineer <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr.Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Ellen and Charles Horne <br /> of 58 Cayuga Avenue under §174-17.1 (Raze and Replace) and §174-33 (Setbacks from <br /> Wetlands) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and replace of a pre-existing non- <br /> conforming dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 65 Parcel 9, <br /> Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Permitting Plans—Prepared for: Charles &Ellen Horne, 58 Cayuga Ave, Mashpee, <br /> MA. Prepared by: Horsley Witten Group Inc., Sheet No. 1: Cover sheet, Sheet 2: <br /> Site Prep Plan, Sheet 3: Site Plan, Sheet 4: Utilities, Sheet 5: Grading &Drainage, <br /> Sheet 6: Notes & Details.
