Tuttle, Trustees of Tuttle Joint Trust <br /> 19 Mercantile Way (Map 88 Parcel 105) <br /> Mashpee,MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 2, 2022 by Petitioner, Capewide Construction requesting a Special <br /> Permit under §174-25 (G) (4), (G) (5), (G) (6), §174-25 (G) (14), §174-25 (G) (18); and §174- <br /> 45.6 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 7,272 sq. ft. metal building with <br /> contractor bays to be used for cabinet making with accessory storage, office, showroom, retail <br /> and paint booth on property located in an I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District(s), at <br /> 19 Mercantile Way, Map 88 Parcel 105, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee, on June 10, 2022 and June 17,2022 a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this.Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, July 27, <br /> 2022 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout; Acting Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, and Board Members, Scott Goldstein,Norman J. <br /> Gould, and Associate Members, Sharon Sangeleer and Bradford Pittsley. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant on the proposed building. At the last <br /> meeting on July 13,2022,there were some items addressed by the Board regarding the comments <br /> submitted by the Plan Review Committee, and the Board requested further comments from the <br /> various department heads, as well as Mr. Ed Pesce, Consulting Engineer who was retained by <br /> the Town on behalf of the Zoning Board to review site plans, and provide the Board with his <br /> comments. <br /> On July 20, 2022, a letter was submitted from the Board of Health approving the septic system <br /> that will be located underneath the parking. The Board of Health also submitted a letter dated <br /> July 7, 2022, and approved the conditions of the paint booth that can be incorporated into the <br /> decision. <br />
