MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Petitioner, Capewide Construction, Inc. <br /> Owner of Record: Timothy E. Tuttle and <br /> Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees of Tuttle Joint Trust <br /> 19 Mercantile Way (Map 88 Parcel 105) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2022-28 <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined the following; <br /> • The Plan Review Committee recommendations were addressed by the department <br /> as requested by the Board. <br /> • The Board received recommendations from Pesce Engineering, Consulting <br /> Engineer to oversee the engineering process. <br /> • The Petitioner agreed to remit payment for engineering services provided by <br /> Pesce Engineering. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 27, <br /> 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit for 19 <br /> Mercantile Way, Petitioner, Capewide Construction, Inc., under §174-25 (G) (4), (G) (5), (G) <br /> (6), §174-25 (G) (14), §174-25 (G) (18); and §174-45.6 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br /> construction of a 7,272 sq. ft. metal building with contractor bays to be used for cabinet making <br /> with accessory storage, office, showroom, retail and paint booth on property located in an 1-1 <br /> and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District(s), Map 88 Parcel 105, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
