Tuttle, Trustees of Tuttle Joint Trust <br /> 68 Mercantile Way(Map 88 Parcel 91) <br /> Mashpee,MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 17, 2022 by Petitioner, Daniel Hostetter requesting a Special <br /> Permit under §174-24 (C), and §174-25 (G) (14) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br /> construction of a 9,972 sq. ft. metal building with contractor bays on property located in the I- <br /> 1 and Light Industrial Overlay District, at 68 Mercantile Way, Map 88 Parcel 91, Mashpee, <br /> MA (Owners of Record: Timothy E. and Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee, on July 1,2022 and July 8,2022 a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, July 27, <br /> 2022 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout; Acting Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Scott Goldstein,Norman J. Gould,and Associate <br /> Members Sharon Sangeleer and Bradford Pittsley. <br /> Attorney, Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant for the Special Permit request to <br /> construct a 9,972 sq. ft. Morton style building situated on a 143,346 sq. ft. lot with 332 feet of <br /> frontage on Mercantile Way that is located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Districts. The <br /> building will be divided into eight contractor bays. There are no other requests associated with <br /> this proposal.The building will meet all setback and lot coverage requirements.There are eleven <br /> (11)proposed parking spaces and one handicap space that is required under the bylaw. <br /> Attorney Kirrane submitted a letter dated July 20, 2022 addressing the Site Plan Review <br /> comments that were discussed at the Committee Meeting dated June 7, 2022. The first item was <br /> that a Fire Suppression Plan be submitted at the time of the building permit application. Also, <br /> the Board of Health approved the septic design plan. <br /> 1 <br />
