<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special
<br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 27,
<br /> 2022, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit for 68
<br /> Mercantile Way, Petitioner, Daniel Hostetter under §174-24 (C), and §174-25 (G) (14) of the
<br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 9,972 sq. ft. metal building with contractor bays
<br /> on property located in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay District, Map 88 Parcel 91,
<br /> Mashpee, MA (Owners of Record: Timothy E. and Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees), with the
<br /> following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit
<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
