Agent recommends that the plan note that <br /> states "ornamental plantings" in that area should be removed and have a revised plan <br /> eliminating that note. Agent recommends approval of amended order request with <br /> conditions onsite meeting with consultant to assess thinning of pitch pines and a defined <br /> vista corridor. Commission Colombo asked about the proposed driveway and runoff <br /> concerns. Consultant said they could improve the runoff capture off the driveway. No public <br /> comment. Mr.Cook motioned forapproval of amended order with conditions of onsite <br /> meeting for pitch pine area and submission of revised plans for vista pruning. Agent read building commissioner comments regarding septic system and <br /> proposed additional living unit.
