Mr. Oliver described the proposed activities <br /> which centered on tree removals to increase sunlight exposure for rooftop solar panel <br /> installation and two hazardous trees to the existing home. Mr. Colombo asked how many <br /> trees to be removed. Mr. Oliver said there are a total of 5 trees requested to be removed. <br /> Mrs Zollo asked what is replacing these trees. Agent and homeowner clarified. Mr. Tavares informed the <br /> commission that the DEP# has been issued, which was the reason for the continuance of <br /> this hearing from July 14th. Agent provided quick review of proposed activities. Stairway <br /> has a platform midway down that will need to be removed in order to meet standards under <br /> the regs. Agent recommends 2 year mitigation monitoring and maintenance contract. <br /> Agent reviewed photos of the site and recommended a Close and Issue. Commissioner <br />
