L <br /> Town of Mashpee� Planning Board <br /> Meeting held at Mashpee Town Hall on July 1, 1970 <br /> at 8:oo p.m.. <br /> Present: Messrs. Richardson Jonas - Chairman, Arthur Ko ch, <br /> Joseph Delaney, Thomas Saunders, and Earle Marsters -- <br /> Temporary Clerk. <br /> A public hearing was held on the subdivision of land <br /> for the Cape Land Development Company shown on a plan entitled <br /> Timberlank - Section D which included 108 lots and 2 park areas. <br /> Several changes and additions were recommended by the board as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Profile plans should be corrected to show recom- <br /> mendations by Town Engineer, including berms. <br /> 2. Note on original plan that a covenant applies. <br /> 3. Show bounds to .be set in accordance with Town <br /> requirements. <br /> 4. Show Island in middle of entrance way. <br /> 5. Change the reverse curve at Lot No. 379. <br /> 6. Suggested consideration to continue road thru <br /> smaller park area. <br /> Mr. Davis paid the $110 fee for the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Robert Goa do ak presented a tentative plan 'o f o ckway <br /> Bay Estates which showed little or no change from his previous plan. <br /> He intends to submit a prelim' inary soon. <br /> Mr. Staff and Mr. welsh reviewed with the Planning Board, <br /> two revised road layouts for town taking as follows : <br /> 1. Degrasse Road - plan dated June 13, 1970. <br /> 2. Great Neck Road. - plan dated May 29, 1970. <br /> Mrs. Marcel Cam submitted a subdivision plan on an <br /> informal basis. She was advised that one of the two lots did not <br /> meet the minimum area requirements and that any plan submitted for <br /> preliminary approval would-have to be prepared by a Civil Engineer. <br />
