She agreed to have a Civil Engineer revise the plan: to provide adequate <br /> lot areas before submission. <br /> A sub--division plan for 'Peters Enterprises . which had been <br /> approved previously, was signed and given to John Peters. <br /> Mr. Francis H. Killorin D/B/A/ Custom Builders Trust, <br /> presented a sketch of. a proposed sub--division of land he is in the <br /> process of purchasing off River Road. The- land is zoned 22,500 which <br /> requires 150' frontage. However, his plan showed most lots having a <br /> frontage of 125' . The board informed him that the frontage would have <br /> to be increased to 150' before Planning Board Approval could be given. <br /> Mr. Killorin indicated that he intended to go to the Board of Appeals <br /> to obtain approval of the lots with 125' frontage. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 11:0 0 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br />
