Mr. Jonas <br /> asked if there were specific line changes, to which Mr. Ferrara explained <br /> the lots were increased in the -'dank and make deeper, because of a little <br /> problem with Land Court on land fill., <br /> Mr. Dubin questioned the submission of previous plans for the same location <br /> and a question of drainage; Mr. Ferrara said he submitted Preliminary Plan <br /> and he would be bringing in other plans <br /> The Board signed the plan, <br /> Petitioner: Beatrice First <br /> Submitted by: Richard Ferrara, Cape & Islands Survey <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Mr. Ferrara explained that the plan as presented showed two parcels of land <br /> per deed on a deed that Mrs. First owns on- location above. He said he had <br /> shown parcel one/parcel two in creating one lot of 150 t frontage with forty <br /> thousand square feet. Mr. Ferrara said, "I've made a note here that this <br /> 1 o t does not comply with present zoning but is a separate parcel on the <br /> deed". <br /> The Board felt the separate parcel should have been left off, however, Mr <br /> Ferrara felt that by showing the separate parcel he wasn't pulling the wool <br /> over t?)e eyes of the Board. <br />
