PLANNING BOARD <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> PLANNING BOARD MTNUTES : SeDt ember 7 s 1 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Earle Marsters, Harold Collins, Michele Stone, <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: Richard Terry <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEER: Charles L. Rowley <br /> TiT_E: 7+ 315 p.m. <br /> Mike Dunning returned to the Board regarding the additional information <br /> which was requested at the meeting of 8/17/83 on Sea Mist Resorts , <br /> Tyr. Dunning presented a-a letter from the Fire Chief which is attached. <br /> Mr. Marst ers asked if they could comply with his requests and he said <br /> yes. A letter from the Police Chief was also read (see attached) , <br /> Mr. Slavinsky submitted a landscaping plan with sketches of the drainage <br /> area and how it would be shielded. Mr. Mars ters said the Board had <br /> asked for a landscape plan of the entire front , He wanted a visual <br /> sketch to give a perceptive view of the whole front, entryway, what <br /> will be s o dered and grassed and where the sign would b e. He said since <br /> they are planning on having parking near the road. he wants to be <br /> sure the landscaping will "n-de it . <br /> The Board asked Per. Slavinsky if the drainage area will have water at <br /> all times and he said no, but inside the project are lagoons which <br /> will have water at all times . <br /> The Board went over the point of Mr. Rowley t s letter (attached) . <br /> QuestIo �. 1-&.2 Mr. Slavinsky said he will submit, the proper <br /> calculations. <br /> Question #3 : Mr. ,Slavinsky pointed out the site plan doesn' t show <br /> the true Droperty line and he presented a, regular site <br /> plan which was okay. <br /> Question #4 : Mr. Slavinsky will give indication on the plan the total. <br /> height - used for volume. <br /> Question #1 Mr. Slavinsky will move the basin. <br /> Question #6 : Mr. Slavinsky said they would rather go the route chosen. <br /> Question #7 : They will add it to the site plan. <br /> Question #8 : They will add basins at Bldg. 6 & 1 at station 10' <br /> Question #9 Mr. Slavinsky will submit a bench mark. <br /> Question #10 : The Board felt there would be a. galley between parking <br /> and road and asked to be shown what drainage will b e . <br /> Question #11&12 were referred to the Board of Health by Mr. Rowley. <br /> Mr. Dunning showed where the lightinCD <br /> g would b.e on the site plan and said <br /> there would be no w-Tres above ground s they will all be underground. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky agreed they would not string wires from pole to ..pole . They <br /> will have two lights by every building and all others will be within 150 ' <br /> of each other, and there will be lights on the walkway, <br />
