They wanted to convey the <br /> cranberry bog portion of upland for a building lot. This portion would be Lot I <br /> consisting of 9.5+ acres, and Lot 2 would have 37.9 acres-, He said it's not land <br /> courted and is in an R--2 District.. <br /> The plan conformed to the requirements of an Approval not Required plan -and the <br /> Board signed it. He wants the two lots shown as <br /> lot A, <br /> Mr. Marsters pointed out that the ,plan shows a way as lots B & C and he asked why a <br /> way would be called a lot when it was never deemed a lot. Mr. Rowley asked ghat the <br /> purpose was in showing lots B & C if he' s only combining lots 10 & 11. <br /> ,Mr, wing said they want to land court it and want it shown on the linen to get Land <br /> courted. <br /> Mr,, Rowley said if <br /> ' f there' s a. plan eliminating it as a road then it' s okay, but it's <br />
