Mr. Leas said he can have a- right of way. Mr. Terry said he couldn't build two houses on one lot, he would have to subdivide. Leonard Peck came before the Board to request a covenant release on his development located off of Quinaquisset Ave. He said all the roads have been built since 1971. Mr. Jonas said the roads should be inspected before they're released'. Mr. Rowley asked if they have to be in conformance with the present Rules and Regulations or the Taws when the covenant was releases. He said he would inspect the roads and bring a report to the Board on what he finds and the Board -can can agree as to what they want. The Board stated the fee would be $50 and Mr. Rowley would go ahead with the inspection and Mr. Peck would mail the fee or deliver it to the secretary in the Building Inspector's office: They also asked that Mr. Peck go to Mr. Eldredg6's office to get a set of plans and profiles for the Board's files. John umina asked the Board to sign the definitive plan. of' Country Club Ln, as 20 days have lapsed, and he would have the owner sign the covenant and Form C. When he brings these back, this secretary could release the plan to him. Mr. Terry asked that he bring back proof that the covenant is recorded, showing book and page number. He also said the Town Clerk would have to sign the plan that no appeal had been filed. The Board signed the plan and left it with this secretary. Mr. Sweeney said he- didn't understand the Board's letter to C.CO �.' regarding Forest Park and their application for VA approval.. The Board had stated the lay out doesn't go to S amp sons Mild.. Rd e It was found that the Board had been `looking at the site plan when they made the comment. The Board found the right plan on file and it did show the layout was ok.
