PLANNING BOARD <br /> Town of M ashp ee <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES: 3-16-83 Cont'd, Page 3 <br /> ad-des s to it. <br /> Mr. Jonas said the land in back would have to have frontage on the main road. <br /> Mr. Leas said he can have a- right of way. <br /> Mr. Terry said he couldn't build two houses on one lot, he would have to subdivide. <br /> Leonard Peck came before the Board to request a covenant release on his development <br /> located off of Quinaquisset Ave. He said all the roads have been built since 1971. <br /> Mr. Jonas said the roads should be inspected before they're released'. <br /> Mr. Rowley asked if they have to be in conformance with the present Rules and <br /> Regulations or the Taws when the covenant was releases. He said he would inspect <br /> the roads and bring a report to the Board on what he finds and the Board -can <br /> can agree as to what they want. <br /> The Board stated the fee would be $50 and Mr. Rowley would go ahead with the <br /> inspection and Mr. Peck would mail the fee or deliver it to the secretary in <br /> the Building Inspector's office: They also asked that Mr. Peck go to Mr. <br /> Eldredg6's office to get a set of plans and profiles for the Board's files. <br /> John umina asked the Board to sign the definitive plan. of' Country Club Ln, as <br /> 20 days have lapsed, and he would have the owner sign the covenant and Form C. <br /> When he brings these back, this secretary could release the plan to him. <br /> Mr. Terry asked that he bring back proof that the covenant is recorded, showing <br /> book and page number. He also said the Town Clerk would have to sign the plan <br /> that no appeal had been filed. <br /> The Board signed the plan and left it with this secretary. <br /> Mr. Sweeney said he- didn't understand the Board's letter to C.CO �.' regarding <br /> Forest Park and their application for VA approval.. The Board had stated the lay <br /> out doesn't go to S amp sons Mild.. Rd e <br /> It was found that the Board had been `looking at the site plan when they made the <br /> comment. The Board found the right plan on file and it did show the layout was ok. <br />
