The Board informed him according to the Subdivision. Rules and Regulations, all utilities must he underground. Mr. -Dede cko informed them Comm/Electric said they can.'t put them underground and he would get a letter from them stating so. Ambrose Devaney appeared before the 3oard to see whether a covenant had been released on Devon 'Street in Leonar� Pe ck t s subdivisions The Board informed him it should be recorded in the Reg'stry of Deeds. if it's not there, they could 'then apply to the Planning Board to have the engineer look at it to see if it can be released. In the meantime they asked this- secretary to look in the files to see if there's one and let him know. The Board responded to Mrs. Fitzgerald' s letter regarding Caadlewood Lane and stated it was unhu il.dable as tie road isn' t completed and paved. The Board agreed to hold a public hearing April 67 1963 to make some changes in the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. They want the fee for ArNR plans changed to 31D*o0 and make the 200 minimum to refer to definitive plans as well as special permits. They would also like to incorporate into the Rules and Regu- lations the requirements for presenting business and plans to the Board prior to -the meetings. Where vans a letter from. Carl.
