Planning Board, he can get back in from of the <br /> Board of Appeals and get around the two year requirement, Mx, Dubin <br /> thought that Atty McKusker would be back again tonight, but he wants to <br /> state in front of the Board that Section 16 requi.res all i.ntere.s ted <br /> parties are to be given notice of the application of the Planning Board's <br /> consent.
