Mr, McCuscker came doim tonight i-,Tith a letter to <br /> Board of Appeals to withdraw without prejudice and not knowing that the <br /> Board of Appeals had al,re'ad.y reached their final decision on the matter. <br /> Board of Appeals did entertain another decision, and they would recommend <br /> to Planning Board -that the 2--year time period be waived. Mr, McCuscker <br /> g <br /> is requesting of the Planning Board to reapply. Planning Board has to <br /> q A <br /> see revised plan in. order to make decision.. Board of Appeals elect to <br /> allow time to have petitioner come back to have another Public Hearing. <br /> Planning Board assumes there will be substantial changes shown on plan; <br /> and wishes to see same ahem- of time .
