Does not conform to pre s-ent zoning, and would re- <br />quire a- variance from the Appeals Board, <br />r► r% <br />Christopher Burden representing New Seabury Corporation comes before <br />the board submitting a Definitive Plan pertaining to the Main Entrance - <br />Exit, Red Brook Road, and replying to a letter- from Philip D ` Holmes <br />which states "'Information Lane" too narrow for large trucks stopping <br />for information.. Recommendation of Planning Board is to provide a <br />parking area as close to information areas as possible, Also recommended <br />P g . � <br />b Town Engineer. A Public Hearing to be scheduled for 7 November 79, <br />Y <br />with changes to be shown. Mr. Burden submitted Form C and check for <br />$100.00 for definitive plan. <br />Mr. William Martiros appeared before the board with Approval not Re- <br />quired for two (2) -lots on Cranberry Avenue, Mashp ee . ( Plan of Land in <br />MashP ee by Arne H . Oj ala for William Martiros) Mr. Martiros submitted <br />completed Form A and check for $20.00, along with three (3) copies of <br />plan. Assessors Office, Board of Health and Planning Board files, all <br />to receive one copy -of plan. <br />* r► 7i <br />Mr. Roland Wilson comes before the board with a request from Falmouth <br />Bank Attorney re LOTS 3-10-14-19-23-24..27 and 34, formerly belonging to <br />Peters Enterprises. Request is to find out whether or not these are <br />buildable lots. Planning Board recommends that Mr. Wilson ask ' Attorn.ey <br />for a copy of the Approved Sub -Division Plan. Also, Mr. Holmes was <br />asked to brie in a status report on roads inasmuch as there were original <br />g P <br />problems. Mr. Wilson found and brought in two different plans which will <br />be kept -on file in Planning Board. Mr. Holmes will also bring in his copy <br />of plan to next meeting to see whether or not there was a road covenant. <br />
