MASHPEE <br />Plan-riin& Board Minutes-3 October 1979 Pale 2 <br />Karl A. Lekberg , Jr. , representing Lowden Tree and Landscape, Needham, <br />Massachusetts, stating he was advised by Mashpee selectman's Secretary <br />to seek information as to whether or not they could officially continue <br />doing business on Winslow Nursery property in fonformance with proper <br />usage of land. Mr. Lekberg advised by Planning Board all in order and <br />to register business with Mashpee Town -Clerk. <br />representing <br />'Kevin-Harrin ton - Board of Appeals comes requesting Planning <br />g <br />Board to entertain question re subdivision of parcel of land on South <br />Shore Drive, Mashpee . Owner ' looking for permission to subdivide. through <br />variance. Planning Board cannot endorse request. Mr. Jonas of Planning <br />Board believe board should recommend to Board of Appeals a right of way <br />to front lot of 15' to water, or create lots to be more- equal -in order <br />to give access to water and, to conform with others in area. <br />Louis A. Lapio representing L & L Associates Inc. , re three (3) lots in <br />Subdivision entitled Sherwood Forest, Mashpee , Mass . Mr. Lapio is in <br />tonight to reclaim three (3) lots ; in particular LOTS 42 , 43 , and 44. <br />Questioned lots- originally set aside because -of Road and Gun Club which <br />abuts layout -of their firing range. Mr. Lapio states this was to only <br />be done for a period of three (3) years- in order to give the Rod and <br />Gun Club time to change range location. opinion from Town Counsel <br />required and requested. If lots are to' be returned how does Planning <br />Board go about releasing same to Mr. Lapio for L & L Associates-, Inc. <br />joard of selectmen received word of Great Neck load Subdivision (L & L <br />Associates, Inc.) being received from lames attorney, Planning Board <br />Chairman reque,s is that Mr, Lapio state method of ownership at earliest <br />possible convenience. <br />NOTES: Mr. Holmes , Town Engineer was requested to provide Planning <br />Board with an estimate of cost for providing house numbering <br />in Mashpee . <br />Planning Board agreed to meet twice monthly henceforth, Next <br />meeting to be held 17 October 1979 and to be made public record. <br />Planning Board members agreed to hire secretary, Kathryn Lapio, <br />at tonights meeting. <br />
