If someone sees a mistake on the road map a insertions can be made so' <br /> it can be fixed. More suggestions will� be f orthcoming. <br /> Mr. Holmes has a. list of duplicate road names - he has a list of- streets by <br /> letters and numbers. Hr. Marsters wants Mr. Holmes to bring in. the Tist for the <br /> Saute to Spring. Mr. Blakeman asked if a subdivision is sand Courted and there <br /> are homes in it and you want to change a name on a street, does that change have <br /> to go though Land Court? The answer was "no" - when it goes through Land Court, <br /> you would show the new street, and the old one in parenthesis " the deeds don't <br /> have to be changed - the Registry has a file based on streets. <br /> Mr. Blakeman asked what the problems are, out of town, that we involve our <br /> selves in with these changes. Mr. Holmes said that he will call a friend he knows <br /> who dial i t and ask if he had any problems. <br /> John Umina Appeared before the Board with a plan for his golf coarse, saying <br /> that the original plan is only very slightly different. The Town took one acre <br /> of land for the school. road. The original plan shows 38 lots and the current <br /> plan, only 37 - he wants to get the 3 8th one in there. Mr. Marsters asked what <br /> has changed and Mr. Umina said that the road into the golf course went in a cer- <br /> tain way and what' they want to do is go straight across the street and make the <br /> entryway into the golf c our se off of a dirt road (Great Hay) -- very little change, <br /> if any, <br /> Mr. Umina will change the plans and bring them back and will also bring in a <br /> copy of the raster plan. Mr. Holmes suggested asking Town Counsel about panhandl. <br /> ing of lots. <br /> Mr. Umina presented an ANR f or Ernestine Nwango which William Nye requested he <br /> do - property -located on the north side of Route 130, containing 1*43 acres.. Mr* <br /> Collins wouldn't sign it because the person did not get a permit, plus another per- <br /> mit for tearing down a building. If they get a permit, he will sign. If not, he <br /> will go to Town Counsel. <br /> Miscellaneous business <br /> Mr. Marsters will meet with the Finance Committee on March 7th and present the <br /> budget. <br /> Mr. Marsters dictated a letter to Mir. Reardon, requesting he attend the March <br /> 7th meeting. <br /> A letter was dicctated to Louis Zapio-concerning three lots which were reserved <br /> for a green area in his Sherwood Forest IT Subdivision. <br /> By this time, Mr. Holmes-had left. _A letter was dictated requesting that he <br /> do a nick ins ectian of the roads and drainage. in the Ma.shpee shores subdivision. <br /> � p <br /> Voucher to be submitted for $30-00 for membership dues in the Massachusetts <br /> . 2 . <br />
