wu M I N U T E S MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD June 18 , 1980 Members Present : Richard L. Terry, Chairman Donald Blakeman' Richardson Jonas Harold Collins John Alcorn appeared for Peters Enterprises . John Alcorn is presi- dent of Alcorn, Inc . , Post Office Box 44 7 , '19 Capricorn Circle , Teaticket , Massachusetts 02536 , Telephone No . 548-7003 . Present for Peter' s Enterprises was Clara Keliinui; Mr. Alcorn requested that he would like covenants released on five lots . Due to diffi- cult economic conditions ,, 'he asked that the Board waive the require- ments for underground utilities as well as waiving drainage require- ments regarding Birms . The Board took the matter under advisement. The next petition is Mr, and Mrs . Leonard Peck who were interested in having a private road accepted by the town as, a town road. The Board informed. the Pecks that they would have to pay a fee to Mr. Phil Holmes for inspection of the road, that Mr. Holmes would pre- pare a full list as to the road and then the matter would have to be taken up at town meeting. After hearing the rather strict re- quirements that would need to be followed, the Pecks decided that they would not request that the road be accepted by the town at this time. Mr. E. F, Winslow appeared concerning two lots , Nos . 1 and 2 lying on Mashpee Neck Road and shown on a plan of land for Gene E. Manoog of July 19 , 1976 . The- plan has not been recorded previously as the original , plan, was lost and Mr. Winslow asked that the Board sign a duplicate original which the Board did sign. The plan was an approval not required, there were two houses already standing on Lots 1 and 2 when Mr. Winslow appeared before the Board. A $20 . 00 fee was retained from Mr, Winslow, $10 . 00 for each lot. Mr. William Weller appeared for Mr. Robert McNutt. Mr. Weller pres- ented some preliminary sketches concerning the condominium design showing Sampson' s Mill Road, an existing road, and. Quippish Road, a paper street at the time of the submission, such preliminary sketch had altered the five parking clusters and reduced it to three clusters of parking as deemed advisable by the Planning -Board in prior sub- missions by Mr. Weller to the Board, The Board indicated it was favorable to the general scheme and it was pointed out that approval by the Board of Appeals was still necessary. It was pointed out that the roads would have to be black topped and that the Board requires underground wiring. It was agreed .by the Board that we would draft a letter to the Board of Appeals that the Planning Board approves the
