Terry, Chairman <br /> Donald Blakeman' <br /> Richardson Jonas <br /> Harold Collins <br /> John Alcorn appeared for Peters Enterprises . John Alcorn is presi- <br /> dent of Alcorn, Inc . , Post Office Box 44 7 , '19 Capricorn Circle , <br /> Teaticket , Massachusetts 02536 , Telephone No . 548-7003 . Present <br /> for Peter' s Enterprises was Clara Keliinui; Mr. Alcorn requested <br /> that he would like covenants released on five lots . Due to diffi- <br /> cult economic conditions ,, 'he asked that the Board waive the require- <br /> ments for underground utilities as well as waiving drainage require- <br /> ments regarding Birms . The Board took the matter under advisement. <br /> The next petition is Mr, and Mrs . Leonard Peck who were interested <br /> in having a private road accepted by the town as, a town road. The <br /> Board informed. the Pecks that they would have to pay a fee to Mr. <br /> Phil Holmes for inspection of the road, that Mr. Holmes would pre- <br /> pare a full list as to the road and then the matter would have to <br /> be taken up at town meeting. After hearing the rather strict re- <br /> quirements that would need to be followed, the Pecks decided that <br /> they would not request that the road be accepted by the town at <br /> this time. <br /> Mr. E. F, Winslow appeared concerning two lots , Nos . 1 and 2 lying <br /> on Mashpee Neck Road and shown on a plan of land for Gene E. Manoog <br /> of July 19 , 1976 . The- plan has not been recorded previously as the <br /> original , plan, was lost and Mr. Winslow asked that the Board sign a <br /> duplicate original which the Board did sign. The plan was an approval <br /> not required, there were two houses already standing on Lots 1 and 2 <br /> when Mr. Winslow appeared before the Board. A $20 . 00 fee was retained <br /> from Mr, Winslow, $10 . 00 for each lot. <br /> Mr. William Weller appeared for Mr. Robert McNutt. Mr. Weller pres- <br /> ented some preliminary sketches concerning the condominium design <br /> showing Sampson' s Mill Road, an existing road, and. Quippish Road, a <br /> paper street at the time of the submission, such preliminary sketch <br /> had altered the five parking clusters and reduced it to three clusters <br /> of parking as deemed advisable by the Planning -Board in prior sub- <br /> missions by Mr. Weller to the Board, The Board indicated it was <br /> favorable to the general scheme and it was pointed out that approval <br /> by the Board of Appeals was still necessary. It was pointed out that <br /> the roads would have to be black topped and that the Board requires <br /> underground wiring. It was agreed .by the Board that we would draft a <br /> letter to the Board of Appeals that the Planning Board approves the <br />
