Blakeman would be the Planning Board designee with
Earle Marsters as alternate. .
Mraleman bou ht u. t.e condition of Holly Tree n Estates aga n
g P
and it was decided that Harold Collins would go up and if he thought
corrections had to- be made, he would ask. Philip Holmes to go up
and inspect . If at the next meeting 11r,, Holmes findings. were severe ,
a letter would be written to Mr. Bornstein asking him to come into the
neat meetingto discuss why rescission of the subdivision should not be
y
done. ............ .. .......,....
_ ,.. _ w. . .. m l ann i an
Mr. Mars tern ictated a memo to Board of "Appeals re ng p
calling to their attention. that the Zoning By--Laws do not allow the
use that is proposed and suggesting they come in to discuss same
at 8 : 0 oPM on 5 March 1980 meeting of the Planning Board.
NOTE : Whereas Mr. Dunning, associate of Richard Terry, represents
-petitioner-, Mr,.
