Phase I has been completed now and they said each time a phase is <br /> completed., they will bring in a plan of that phase. It's not a subdivision <br /> as it's one lot. <br /> Mr. Nye said it's a master plan of one big condominium with one association, <br /> and one set of byp lays a ad it's a condominium law that they. can't convey <br /> aay thing until. i.t's built. <br /> Mr. blaxsters stated -what they are signing is a perimeter plan and they need <br /> the total area written on the plan somewhere. <br /> fir. Nye said the .total arrea, is 151 acres a d he wrote it on the plan and <br /> the Board sued i t. <br /> 19r. Jonas stated since this was the first time they had brought in this <br /> part.cul ar plan, they hadn I t paid the fee of $15 per'unit. As they v e re <br /> plaxn�:ng to build 132 units, the fee is Sl,980. <br /> They didn't have the fee and said they would pay it la.t er. <br /> Yx. Umina also requested a covet release on the part of the road that <br /> was -completed. <br /> Mr. Mar stern asked if the road had been inspected and approved 'by Mr. Rowley t <br /> and Mr. Hm►ina said no. <br /> Ere Yjar sters said Mrs Rowley would have to inspect and approve it before they <br /> could release the covenant.
