They said patrons are parking <br /> on the road* destroy g trees and shrubs and blocking traffic. They have ordered <br /> signs from the DPW but the Tow n won't pay fo r them as it'a a privat e. road. <br /> The Board said- -they didn't know what they could do about it as there's noth.' <br /> in the zoning laws regarding marinas. They said perhaps Mr. Collins could sake <br /> a suggestion to the operator of the marina.. . <br /> The residents said they were under the impression it was a non-conforming building <br /> and felt he coul.dn't keep adding on, but he recently did.
