The FLUPSYs in Little River have been de -fouled. All of the land based tanks have been cleaned and all <br />of the silos have been sorted. The pumps have been winterized. They will be setting up deicing in <br />Ockway Bay now that power has been installed there. <br />Mr. Avis stated that there was some runt seed at the end of the season and they are experimenting with <br />them using Florida Bags. 8 bags were planted in front of the Little River location. <br />The Water Quality Technician is in the final hiring stages and should be finalized after the first of the <br />year. <br />Mr. Cook asked what type of feedback was given by the ARC after being here for the season and what <br />their goals are moving forward. Ms. Fisher stated that they are looking for a nursery setting and want to <br />do something in Town. She thinks that Hamblin Pond would be ideal and she would like them to put the <br />FLUPSY back in that location. Ms. Fisher said it would have to be a benefit to the Town for them to <br />come here. <br />Ms. Fisher stated that the aquaculture reports have been sent out to all of the growers in Town and they <br />are due on January 1, 2023.
