MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION OF SPECIAL PERMIT (SP-2020-14) <br />Petitioner, Steven P. Conditioned upon the Design Review Committee recommendations from the meeting <br />minutes dated February 4, 2020 to be included in this decision. <br />9. Conditioned upon the Plan Review Committee recommendations from the meeting minutes <br />dated January 21, 2020 to be included in this decision. <br />10. Conditioned upon hours of operations as 6:30 am to 6:30 pm., Monday through Saturday. <br />The operating hours on Sundays shall be 9:00 am to 4:00 pin. If said operational hours are <br />not followed the operation will be considered a "nuisance". <br />11. Conditioned only that one (1) boat to be stored on the site at any given time. <br />12. The applicant at its cost shall install a wooden stockade fence at the property line running <br />the length of the shared boundary with 13 Nancy Lane (200 feet). The fence shall be 6 feet <br />in height from grade and shall be constructed so that it provides a solid fence offering <br />privacy. Any portion of the fence underground or touching the ground shall be pressure <br />treated wood or made of other materials that will not decay. The fence shall be made of <br />materials customarily used for a high -quality stockade boundary fence made of solid wood. <br />The attractive side of the fence shall face the Plaintiffs' property. The Parties agree that the <br />fence may be placed on the 13 Nancy Lane property, so long as within one (1) foot of the <br />property line. Once installed, the fence shall be owned and maintained by the owner of 13 <br />Nancy Lane. <br />13. The use of any power tools or machinery, including those with back up alarms, shall be <br />limited to within the contractors' bays (not outside), and when such tools and machinery <br />are being operated, the bay doors and regular doors and windows shall remain closed. <br />
