Motion seconded by <br /> Kripani Patel. Roll call vote: Ernest Virgilio (yes); Kripani Patel (yes); Brian Baumgaertel (yes). VOTE: <br /> Unanimous(3-0). <br /> Ernest Virgilio moved to nominate Brian Baumgaertel to the position of Chairman. Motion seconded by <br /> Kripani Patel. Roll call vote: Ernest Virgilio (yes); Kripani Patel (yes). VOTE: Unanimous(2-0). <br /> Chair Baumgaertel moved to nominate Ernest Virgilio for the position of Vice-Chairman. Motion seconded <br /> by Kripani Patel. Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes); Brian Baumgaertel (yes). Roll call vote: Brian Baumgaertel (yes); Ernest Virgilio (yes). Unanimous(2-0). <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review of compliance — 97 Sunset Strip, 73 Lovell's Lane, 545 Cotuit Road. Mr. Harrington <br /> recommended that Board members not make any decisions or take any vote on these properties <br /> until the new Board member has been brought up to speed. He gave the following update: <br /> a) Regarding 97 Sunset Circle—a drive-by was done at the property which confirmed that <br /> the driveway has been widened, but there is no dumpster and no other activity. <br /> b) Regarding 73 Lovell's Lane—the property has been cleaned up overall,but the contractors <br /> who performed the clean-up were deemed a nuisance, and the burn pile has not been <br /> cleaned-up. <br /> 1 <br />
