Once <br /> that is done she will address the egress windows. <br /> 2. COVID-19 Update. Mr. Harrington commented that the following actions are completed or <br /> ongoing: <br /> • Monitored epidemiological data from the MA Department of Public Health and Barnstable <br /> County Department of Health & Environment <br /> • Participated in twice weekly webinars with the Department of Public Health, weekly <br /> conference calls with the Cape Cod Health Agents' Coalition,and weekly virtual meetings with <br /> the Cape Cod Vaccine Subcommittee <br /> • Listened to a question and answer webinar with the MA Department of Public Health <br /> Immunization Division <br /> • Communicated daily with the MPS COVID Health Coordinator, the VNA, and the Community <br /> Tracing Collaborative (CTC) regarding new cases, contact tracing, clusters, vaccinations, and <br /> trends <br /> • Provided updated case numbers to the public safety answering point and the Town Manager's <br /> Office <br /> • Maintained the COVID-19 webpage <br /> Discussed pooled testing requirements and exclusions with the MPS COVID Health <br /> Coordinator <br /> • Updated lists of Mashpee homebound residents and vulnerable older adults that have had <br /> difficulty accessing vaccines and/or appointments <br /> • Registered Mashpee residents for the Town's Blackboard Connect system to receive <br /> automated phone calls with updates about vaccine clinics, appointment registrations, and <br /> eligible groups <br /> • Stayed up-to-date on local and regional case increases, P1 and B117 variants, vaccine <br /> eligibility expansions,the temporary pause on the distribution of Johnson&Johnson vaccine, <br /> MPS transition to 100%in-person learning, and prom guidance <br /> • Sent out an email to food service, DPW,and sanitation workers about vaccine appointments <br /> available through the Community Health Center of Cape Cod <br /> • Coordinated a vaccination clinic at Christ the King church with the Fire Department, the <br /> Community Health Center of Cape Cod, the VNA, and the Town Manager's Office <br /> • Emailed restaurants about expanded outdoor seating for the summer season <br /> • Communicated with Medical Reserve Corps volunteers and sent a revised list of Mashpee <br /> residents 75 and older that still need to be vaccinated to Cape Cod Healthcare <br /> • Alerted town residents of weekly regional COVID-19 vaccine clinic registration via Blackboard <br /> Connect phone calls, emails, and text alerts <br /> • Advised Mashpee residents and employers about quarantine, isolation, and return-to-work <br /> dates <br /> • Sent information to Bridges by Epoch about mobile vaccination options through the <br /> Department of Public Health <br /> • Advised Camp Farley on planning guidance for the 2021 season <br /> • Advised the Council on Aging regarding a puzzle distribution event and a food truck event <br /> • Communicated with Cotuit Bay condominiums regarding the pool safety standards during <br /> Phase IV,Step 1 of reopening <br /> • Investigated COVID-19 complaints at RCA Electric& Generators and Planet Fitness <br /> 2 <br />
