MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> March 7 , 1990 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P.M. <br /> Members Present : Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills , Pat Coffey , <br /> Louise Behrman, Wayne Garrett <br /> Also Present : Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Lee Weller, Asst . <br /> Town Planner <br /> MINUTES <br /> Pat made a motion to accept the minutes of December 6 , 1989 , <br /> December 20 , 1989, January 3rd, 1990, January 17th, 1990, <br /> February 7th, 1990 and February 21st, 1990. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> - letter from Kevin Kirrane - draft for decision relating to <br /> modification of special permit for Willowbend dated April <br /> 15th, 1987 . <br /> - memo to Planning Board. On March 12 1990 the Selectman <br /> will discuss in executive session Dorina"s Lane. Pat Coffey <br /> will attend. <br /> -letter from E. McQuaid to K. Kirrane re: Dolphin Bay. Board <br /> of Health has withdrawn its requirement that applicant pay <br /> for Town's water hook up for transfer station. The <br /> requirement of a deeded 50 foot buffer remains in effect. <br /> The Board of Health voted to approved revised plan dated <br /> 12/21/89. <br /> --! letter from Terry Dunning and Terry re: Willowbend. <br /> They are exploring bring additional investors and financing <br /> into the project. Investors want to know the status of tha <br /> Special Permit, they want to know the Planning Board agrees <br /> it has been constructed in accordance with Special Permit. <br /> - Kevin Harrington wants copy of all future minutes . <br /> - letter to Board of Selectman from Planning Board. The <br /> Planning Board has unanimously approved the road through <br /> landfill for Dolphin Bay. <br /> Kevin Kirrane should get in writing from Ernie the estimate <br /> for $45, 000. <br /> Selectman Hanson stated that it wasn' t very clear wliat was <br /> going on at that meeting, Kevin could not commit to the <br /> added expense if construction costs went over $45,000 . <br /> The Selectman asked Mr. Kirrane to bring plan in and the <br /> Selectman will talk to Ernie (about construction estimate) <br /> and Kevin has since spoken to his client about possibility of <br /> excess cost, <br /> SPECIAL PERMITS <br /> Applicant : Dolphin Bay Corporation <br /> Location: Asher ' s Heights Subdivision, between Routa 23 <br /> and Meetinghouse Road. <br /> Request: Continuation of review of Special Permit <br /> Decision draft . <br />
