Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> Special Permit decision draft: <br /> #9 of findings- Pat Coffey asked who will pay how much for <br /> what, what if is goes over $45,000? <br /> Kevin stated his client will pay whatever it takes to <br /> construct the road as long as it is being constructed by <br /> the Town. <br /> Changed wording to read "cost of construction by Town DPIV <br /> and clarified "at Asher ' s Path intersection with Rte. 28"' . <br /> #13 of findings - Mr. Kirrane stated that they have agreed <br /> to provide some type of buffer zone, as an accommodation to <br /> the owners. It is on the plan. <br /> Mr. Kirrane would prefer it be listed as a condition of the <br /> Special Permit. <br /> #9 of conditions: <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained that the plan of the original section <br /> of this site was submitted before the growth control by law. <br /> They request the by law be applied only to the section of <br /> the property acquired after the by law became operative . <br /> He will provide the Board with a list of the lots which will <br /> be subject to the growth control by law. <br /> Condition #9 should show which lots are exempt from by law. <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that this is the first time he has seen <br /> the Water Quality Monitoring program and his consultants <br /> will review it and be prepared to discuss it at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> Mr. Kirrane will meet with the Board of Selectman on March <br /> 19th and the intersection issue should be resolved. <br /> Mr. Kirrane presented a letter of extension until March <br /> 25th. <br /> Louise made a motion to except the request for an extension <br /> and continue the discussion on draft special permit until <br /> March 21 at 6 : 45. Wayne seconded the motion.
