The existing deck is built with an <br /> overhang with a slight cantilever. The engineer brought the footings below. <br /> The Conservation Commission comments were read into the record; "property is not within <br /> wetlands jurisdiction."The Board of Health comments were read into the record;"has no problems <br /> with the extension of the front deck." <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Petitioner, Basil J. Congro, <br /> Congro Remodeling under§174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an alteration of a front deck <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 96 Parcel 48, Mashpee, MA, Owners of <br /> Record: Charles E. and Eileen Sheehan with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Certified Plot Plan— 121 Captains Row, Mashpee, MA.
