<br /> District, Map 105 Parcel 243, Mashpee,MA with the following conditions:

<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.

<br /> Mr. Basil Congro, represented the homeowners seeking to replace their old deck with a new deck
<br /> in the same location.
<br /> The Board reviewed the site plan that depicts the setback of the side yard distance measuring 17.2
<br /> ft.from the deck,and the front setback measuring 24.4 ft.to the front yard lot line. The lot coverage
<br /> will remain the same at 18.5%.
<br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that he does not have an issue, but would like to have the engineering done
<br /> because the house has overhangs over the deck.
