The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the public hearing notice <br /> into the record and called the Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that Applicant has requested a <br /> continuation of the Public Hearing to June 4, 2008, <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in <br /> this matter to June 4,2008 at 8:00 p.m,, at Applicant's request;which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Joseph Mullin and so,voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> New Boston SP LLC—Southport <br /> Approval of Final Site Review Plan of Phase,III Section I <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Ron Bonvie,New <br /> Boston, Southport. <br /> Mr. Bonvie reported that there:have been several discussions with Mr. Rowley <br /> resulting in changes to the plan per Mr. Rowley's request. There remain a few <br /> unresolved issues such as sewer(vent) and garage. He explained that the single unit is to <br /> be used as a sales center so the garage/driveway will be not constructed. When said unit <br /> is on the market to be sold,the garage/driveway will be constructed as approved by the <br /> Planning Board. The sewer/vent concern as expressed by Mr. Rowley will also be <br /> addressed to his satisfaction. <br /> The Chairman congratulated Mn Bonvie on the work he has done to address all of <br /> the Consulting,Engineer's issues of concern. <br /> Reference was made to "Revised Plans, Southport on Cape Cod, dated April 10, <br /> 2008, Revised May 19, 2008, by RIM Engineering". <br /> Mr. Bonvie noted a discrepancy on the revised plan which indicated 85-units for <br /> this phase;however,technically there are a total of 88-units. This is a miscount/misprint <br /> on the plan, all of the buildings show correctly on the plan. <br /> Mr. Bonvie suggested that additional discoveries about the landscape may result <br /> in further Planning Board discussion. <br /> (Planning Board Member,Thomas O'l-lara, arrived at the Meeting at this point, <br /> 7:10 p.m.) <br /> The Town Planner noted that no street lights,or utilities show on the plan. <br /> mm Mr. Bonvie requested the Board approve the plans as submitted, subject to <br /> approval of a utility plan (electric, gas,phone, street lights and the required landscaping). <br /> 11 <br />
