Gangemi, Trustee <br /> Representative: Attorney, Christopher Kirrane <br /> Architect/Engineer: Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> Reguest:_Applicant proposes to construct a 9,920 sq. ft. metal building with <br /> contractor bays under §174-25 (G) 14 for a flooring business and §174-25 (G) <br /> (6); §174-25 (G) (9). <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant to construct a 9,920 sq. ft. metal <br /> building in the 1-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Districts. The lot is situated on 90,382 sq. ft. lot, <br /> with 290 ft. of frontage. The proposed use is three (3) contractor bays for storage of flooring <br /> materials. There is no manufacturing just a warehouse. There are two separate bays that may <br /> provide future use for other tenants, and will require a filing with the ZBA for a modification. <br /> There is a small component of office space in the proposed building. There is a proposed fire <br /> suppression system that will be installed. The proposed parking in front of the building will <br /> require relief from the ZBA, and the rear of building will have a loading area. There will be a <br /> filing with the Board of Health for the septic system. <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Ms. Laurent asked what is proposed for the gravel area, and if there will be outside storage of <br /> materials. She asked that the perimeter of the parking will have the Cape Cod Berm, and if the <br /> front area that is disturbed will be restored with plantings to eliminate the existing dirt along the <br /> road. <br /> i <br />
