Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, September 20, 2022 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that area is existing, and there is no changes. There is no storage of <br /> materials outside. A fence will be installed to eliminate the gravel from the lot next door <br /> encroaching on this property. <br /> The applicant said that there will be plantings as needed. <br /> Ms. Laurent asked about the slope on the northeast corner. The applicant said that the loading <br /> area is a 4 ft. loading area. The pavement in the rear is the lowest part of the site (sheet 4 <br /> Grading). The applicant will be grading the small 4 ft. area to the loading area (11 ft.), to the <br /> edge of the property to match the grades. (Sheet 4). <br /> Ms. Laurent mentioned that Echo Road is a Town owned road, and a curb cut permit will be <br /> required from the DPW. The storm water runoff from the property to remain onsite. Ms. Laurent <br /> noticed that the driveway area does not show catch basins. There will be a condition that all <br /> storm water runoff be contained onsite, and suggested the applicant check the grading and to <br /> maybe add another catch basin. <br /> Scott Carline, Police Chief <br /> All questions were answered. <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> No comments. <br /> Christine Willander, Assistant Health Agent <br /> Ms. Willander has not received the septic design plan. Standard commercial requirements are <br /> to inspect the reserve area at the same time as the septic system. The leaching areas requires <br /> separate vents. Ms. Willander recommended an IA system for more flexibility for future use. <br /> The dumpsters need to be situated on an impervious surface and enclosed. A recycling <br /> dumpster will be required as well. A meeting with the Board of Health Board is required. Ms. <br /> Willander asked if vehicles will be stored inside. If there are vehicles that would require a tight <br /> tank. <br /> The applicant said there will be floor drains installed for potential unloading. <br /> Joe Peltier, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> A sprinkler system is required. The applicant said there will be a mechanical room located by <br /> the office. Mr. Peltier said a Knox Box will be required. <br /> Mr. Dave Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Mr. Morris said a tight tank is not required if there are vehicles restrictions. <br /> 2 <br />
