Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Donald MacDonald, Barbara Nichols, Mike Rapacz, <br /> Paul Bibo, phone <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the November 22, 2022 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Don <br /> MacDonald and second by Mike Rapacz <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Debi did the lake measurements on November 30 th and December 15th. There were 55.0 and <br /> 55.1 feet above sea level. Both times there were 9 inches of water were flowing over the board closest to <br /> the lake. On the30th, there were 6 inches of water in the stream by the stairs and there were 8 inches on <br /> the 15th. From mid-November to mid-December there were 4.9 inches of water in Barbara's rain gauge. <br /> Levels done on January 1st and 17th.were 55.1 and 55.3 ft above sea level with 12.5 and 12 inches going <br /> over the board. There were 9.5 and 11.5 inches in the stream by the steps. Barbara reported 7.1 inches of <br /> rain in her rain gauge from mid- December to mid- January. The new white gauge by DPW increased <br /> from 9 up to 12.5 during this time period. <br /> Levels were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. Drew McManus emailed that he had applied to <br /> AmeriCorps for assistance cleaning out brush from the Mashpee River and he hoped it would be done by <br /> early March. <br /> Conclusions: The water levels have increased with the increased precipitation but still within expected <br /> range for this time of year. <br /> [Agenda topic 21 Boat Ramp Plans <br /> Discussion: The redesign of the Mashpee Boat Ramp has been selected by the APCC as one of 7 out of <br /> 100 potential sites to rebuild. <br /> A rinsing station has been deemed too expensive. With storm water management and safely in mind,the <br /> prro�ect is to expected start in the next 2 years. <br /> Conclusions: The reconstruction of the ramp should start in the next two years. <br />
