Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> August 21, 1996 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order at the Carol Jacobson Senior Center, 500 Great Neck Road <br /> North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6: 34 p.m. on Wednesday, August <br /> 21, 1996, by the Chairman, Anthony Ferragamo. <br /> Planning Board members present: Anthony Ferragamo, Martine <br /> Meijering, Dennis Balzarini and Robert Govoni. <br /> Absent: John Kuchinski, Associate member. <br /> Also present : Tom Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> Special Permit <br /> windchime Point, Great Neck Road South <br /> Representation: Attorney Patrick Butler; Stu Bornstein. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present. As the first <br /> order of business he recognized Attorney Butler for the purpose <br /> of making his presentation. <br /> Attorney Butler stated that on August 7th a series of plans, <br /> updated plans and documentation along with a letter requesting a <br /> Public Hearing for modification of Special Permit had been <br /> submitted. <br /> The Chairman, by way of clarification, asked if he was <br /> amending an existing Special Permit. <br /> Attorney Butler responded "correct. ,, <br /> Tom Fudala asked if the required certified abutters list had <br /> been submitted. <br /> Attorney Butler answered "no, " but that it would be prepared <br /> and submitted immediately. <br /> Because there is a significant rearrangement of the project, <br /> the Chairman suggested notice be given to the proper departments, <br /> as if it were an initial filing. <br /> Attorney Butler agreed to coordinate with the Town Planner <br /> according to the procedure outlined in the By-Law regarding a <br /> complete circulation of materials. <br /> The Chairman requested a specific description of the <br /> amendment for advertising purposes. <br />
