Tom Fudala suggested the plans be referenced and changes in <br /> phasing conditions be made. He further suggested Attorney Butler <br /> submit the request for changes within the Special Permit, to <br /> which Attorney Butler agreed. ' <br /> (There was brief discussion regarding publication and legal <br /> notice requirements. ) <br /> (There was also discussion regarding the scheduling of the <br /> request for Public Hearing. September 18th or October 2nd <br /> depending on whether or not proper notice (14-days) could be <br /> given. ) <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made to schedule Public <br /> Hearing in this natter for either September 18, 1996 at 7:00 <br /> p.m. ; or October 2, 1996 at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Martine MeiJering made the motion to schedule <br /> Public Hearing for September 1.8, 1996 at 7: 0'8 p.m. : or October 2, <br /> 1996 at 6:45 p.m. ; which motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini <br /> and so voted. unanimously. <br /> Attorney Butler stated for the record, discussions have been <br /> conducted regarding terms of specificity requested by the Beard. <br /> Also, a meeting with Patty Daily, Cape Cod Commission, has taken <br /> place reconfirming the Special Permit provides "Grandfather" <br /> protection. (These items are to be addressed at the Public <br /> Hearing via Memorandum and Summary. ) <br /> Tom Fudala asked for the correct number of units shown on <br /> the plan. <br /> Attorney Butler responded, "one hundred fifty-six (156) . " <br /> (The August 21, 1996 Special Permit-windchime Point, Great <br /> Neck Road South Discussion was thereupon concluded. at 6:48 p.m. ) <br /> Discussion <br /> Boch Center for the Performing Arts-Great Neck Road South <br /> Representation: fan Solien and T.K. Thompson. <br /> The Chairman recognized Dan Solien for the purpose of <br /> presenting his request to the Board. <br /> Mr. Solien identified himself as the Landscape Architect. <br /> He introduced T.K. Thompson, Director of the Boch Center. <br /> Mr. Solien officially requested the authorization for a <br /> meeting with Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer for the Town, <br /> to discuss preliminary engineering issues. He stated that the <br /> design, development and construction documentation phase of the <br /> project had begun with an anticipated completion by late fall. . <br /> -2- <br />
