Expense Warrants— None to approve. <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes. <br /> There were no minutes to approve. <br /> 3. Review of Kennel License 31 Evergreen Circle. Cape Cod Dog Center—Kaily Cullen Representing <br /> Cape Cod Dog Center sought to obtain their kennel license for 31 Evergreen Circle. Ms. Cullen <br /> sought approval for a total capacity of 120 dogs. The proposal calls for accommodating 120 <br /> dogs with 40 dogs per a room for a total of 3 rooms. Ed Raposa inquired about the total number <br /> of dogs overnight and during the day. Kailey Cullen stated the facilities would be used both for <br /> overnight and during the day. Following up on disposal of waste (feces), Kailey Cullen indicated <br /> the waste would be disposed in the trash and hauled away. <br /> John Livingston moved to approve the dog kennel (Health Agent's recommendation) for a <br /> maximum of 120 dogs at any given time (40 dogs per a room for three rooms). In addition, <br /> Animal Control Officer will conduct inspections and will bring violations to the Board of Health <br /> for Review. This was seconded by Ed Raposa. Review of Request for Septic System,65 Redwood Circle—Pete McEntee Representing <br /> This is for a septic system.
