The variances <br /> sought were as follows: <br /> a. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—A 0.8 ' Divergence from full compliance for a 3.8' depth of cover over a <br /> septic component (septic tank) <br /> b. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—0.7' Divergence from full compliance for a 3.7' depth of cover over <br /> septic component (pump) chamber. <br /> c. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—a 2.3' Divergence from full compliance for a 5.3' depth of cover over a <br /> septic component (pump chamber) <br /> d. CMR 14.405(1)(a)—A 4' reduction of the required setback from property lines 6'+/-to#61 <br /> Riverside Road from a soil absorption system. <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent, recommended the variances be approved noting: The tanks are H- <br /> 20 loading and can withstand the weight for(a)—(c).
