a. Title 5 requires 10 foot setback from the property line of the Leaching Field. Approve <br /> request for 5 feet. (No wells in the area and no one opposing) <br /> b. Title 5 requires 10 foot setback from property line of the Septic Tank Approve request for 5 <br /> feet. <br /> c. Title 5 requires 20 foot setback from the Foundation to the Leaching Field. Approve request <br /> for 14 feet. No risk of seepage going into foundation <br /> d. Approve request for more than the 3 feet max of soil above the tank. The tank is H-20 <br /> Loading—Handling weight not a concern. <br /> Ed Raposa made a motion to approve Health Agent's recommendation this was seconded by <br /> John Livingston. <br /> Vote Roll Call: John Livingston (Yes) Ed Raposa (Yes) VOTE: Unanimous (2-0) <br /> S. Review of Replacement of Septic System,55 Riverside Road—Bracken Engineering <br /> Representing <br /> Design plan for the replacement of a septic system. The proposed design plan calls for a 6,000 <br /> gallon septic tank,followed by a HighStrength FAST 3.0 treatment system,with an H-20 Pump <br /> Chamber leading to 3X H-20 D-Boxes end with Presby Enviro-Septic leaching field. The variances <br /> sought were as follows: <br /> a. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—A 0.8 ' Divergence from full compliance for a 3.8' depth of cover over a <br /> septic component (septic tank) <br /> b. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—0.7' Divergence from full compliance for a 3.7' depth of cover over <br /> septic component (pump) chamber. <br /> c. CMR 15.405(1)(b)—a 2.3' Divergence from full compliance for a 5.3' depth of cover over a <br /> septic component (pump chamber) <br /> d. CMR 14.405(1)(a)—A 4' reduction of the required setback from property lines 6'+/-to#61 <br /> Riverside Road from a soil absorption system. <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent, recommended the variances be approved noting: The tanks are H- <br /> 20 loading and can withstand the weight for(a)—(c). Regarding (d), the property owner for 61 <br /> Riverside has no objection. <br /> John Livingston made a motion to accept Health Agent's Recommendation which was seconded <br /> by Ed Raposa. <br /> Vote Roll call: Ed Raposa (Yes)John Livingston (Yes) VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 6. Review of Request for Title 5 variance, 61 Riverside Road—Bracken Engineering Representing <br /> A design plan for the replacement of a septic system. The proposal calls for a 1,500 gallon septic <br /> tank,followed by a H-20 D-Box ending with 5 H-20 Leaching Chambers. <br /> The variance sought is as follows: <br />
