Expense Warrants – None to approve. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. <br />1/20/2022, 4/21/2022, 2/16/2023, 3/7/2023. There were no questions or comments regarding <br />any of the minutes. The minutes were unanimously approved with Ed Raposa making the <br />motion and John Livingston seconding. <br />Roll Calls: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br />3. Nomination of Animal Inspector, Donald Chicoine and Christine Willander <br />Mr. Seabury, Health Agent, explained this was a yearly appointment required by the <br />Commonwealth in response to Mr. Virgilio what the purpose was of the appointment. None of <br />the other members had questions or comments. Ed Raposa made motion for the appointments <br />which was seconded by John Livingston. <br />Roll Call: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br />4. Discussion of proposed amendments to Mashpee Board of Health Innovative Alternative On- <br />Site Septic System Regulation. <br />Mr. Seabury, Health Agent, explained that this was a proposal for within 300’ distance from <br />th <br />wetland for I/A system requirement. This will be voted on at the April 4 meeting. Mr. Seabury <br />wanted the public to have a chance to comment on the proposal. The Board noted the cost of <br />I/A systems and Mr. Seabury agreed the systems were expensive. Mr. Seabury assured the <br />board this was not going to be an aggressive policy (“Not going after people”). It was mainly for <br /> <br />
