OLD BUSINESS: <br />There was no old business. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Expense Warrants – None to approve. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. 12/15/2022, Mr. Livingston made a motion to accept the minutes pending <br />th <br />that the 7 paragraph to be attributed to Mr. Raposa which was seconded by Mr. Raposa. <br />2/16/2023 & 3/7/2023. There were no questions or comments regarding any of the other <br />minutes. The minutes were unanimously approved with Ed Raposa making the motion and John <br />Livingston seconding. <br />Roll Call: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />3. Review of new Food Establishment Permit Application – 309 Old Barnstable Road, Valley Grille, <br />Dawn Tormey. <br />Mr. Seabury’s commented The Valley Grille at Quashnet Valley Country Club has recently come <br />under new ownership. There were no proposed alterations to the premises, and the new owner, <br />Dawn Tormey, is maintaining the current floorplan and existing equipment. All required <br />supporting documents were submitted with her completed Food Establishment Permit <br />application. Ms. Tormey has extensive experience in the food service industry, and the <br />th <br />establishment passed a full pre-operational inspection on March 27 with flying colors. <br />Mr. Virgilio noted that Dawn Tormey had done many wonderful things for the town. Mr. Seabury <br />noted he had heard good things too. <br />Mr. Livingston made a motion to approve the request for a new Food Service Establishment <br />Permit for the Valley Grille, located at 309 Old Barnstable Road which was seconded by Ed Raposa. <br />Roll Call: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />4. Review of new Food Establishment Permit Application – 259 Shore Drive, Unit 9, Moto Slice <br />Shack, Jessica DelGrosso <br />Mr. Seabury recommended approval of this request for a Food Establishment Permit for Moto <br />Slice Shack with the condition that the establishment successfully pass a pre-operational <br />inspection by a Health Inspector. <br />Mr. Livingston made a motion to approve the request for a new Food Service Establishment <br />Permit for Moto Slice Shack with the condition that the establishment successfully pass a full pre- <br />operational inspection by a Health Inspector prior to opening. This was seconded by Mr. Raposa <br />Roll Call: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernie Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />th <br />Mr. Raposa made a motion to adjourn the April 4 Board of Health Meeting at pm which was seconded <br />by Mr. Livingston at 4:56 pm. <br /> Roll call John Livingston (Yes) Ed Raposa (Yes) Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous <br />th <br />The next Board of Health meeting is scheduled for April 18, 2023 at 4:30 pm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
