<br /> <br />Ms. Clapprood sought clarification of the scope of work – addition with no bath and no <br /> <br />additional bedrooms. 707 sq. feet of mitigation plus two trees. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. McManus noted that the additional inspection by BOH of single-family home for septic <br /> <br />upgrade if there were an additional bedroom. ZBA variance is not required as overall lot <br /> <br />coverage of existing and proposed addition is less than 20%. Mr. McManus read BOH comments – I/A septic system <br /> <br />design plan by Bracken Engineering, dated 2-15-23, rev 3-2-23, approved by BOH. Permit <br /> <br />pending – installer TBD. Based on this, Mr. Colombo suggested that the applicant work with the <br />Harbormaster and have a continuance. Other than this issue, none of the Commissioners <br />saw any impediment to approval and were sympathetic to the safety issue created by the <br />current dock configuration.
