<br />Public Comment regarding the plan by Paul McKenzie (65 Manitoba) expressed concern <br />about Mooring 402, as well. He noted that Mooring 402 has been there and there are <br />navigational concerns that need to be addressed. Mr. McKenzie hopes there is a way to <br />modify this plan to accommodate everyone. Mr. McManus reiterated the need to consult <br />with the Harbormaster and thanked Mr. McKenzie for his comment. <br /> <br />Ms. Zollo made a motion to continue due to need of Harbormaster’s comments seconded by <br />Mr. Cook. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Alexandra Zollo (Yes:) <br />Steve Cook (Yes) <br />Marjorie Clapprood (Yes) <br />Erin Copeland (Yes) <br />Paul Colombo (Yes) <br />5 – 0 Unanimous <br />4/6/2023 6:15 pm <br /> <br />6:12 Prescott White, 31 Fiddler Crab Lane. NOI <br /> Representative: Merrill Engineering & Surveyors <br /> <br /> The Commissioners indicated that the plan left many questions unanswered with Mr. Cook <br /> asking about anchoring the wall, Ms. Zollo questioning why there was so much vegetation <br /> being disturbed (removal of 13 trees), and Mr. Colombo questioning (along with Mr. Cook) <br /> how equipment gain access considering the steepness of the bank. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cook made a motion for continuance with itemized list of things the applicant needed to <br /> address to proceed which was seconded by Ms. Zollo. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Alexandra Zollo (Yes) <br /> Steve Cook (Yes) <br /> Marjorie Clapprood (Yes) <br /> Erin Copeland (Yes) <br />Paul Colombo (Yes) <br />5 – 0 Unanimous <br /> <br />6:15 Daniel D. In his <br /> <br />comments he noted the proposal to amend work limit, landscaping and hardscaping. Project <br /> <br />has been revised to keep amended alterations below the 5,000 sq ft threshold for riverfront. <br /> <br />Proposal meets the standards for riverfront under Ch. 172. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Commissioners had no questions or comments. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. McManus recommended approval of amended order request with condition of <br /> <br />submission of a signed 2-year mitigation monitoring and maintenance contract with a <br /> <br />qualified wetland consultant and/or horticulturalist prior to building permit sign off. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cook made a motion to approve the amended order of conditions with condition of <br />submission of a signed 2-year mitigation monitoring and maintenance contract with a <br /> <br />
