<br />Public Comment regarding the plan by Paul McKenzie (65 Manitoba) expressed concern <br />about Mooring 402, as well. He noted that Mooring 402 has been there and there are <br />navigational concerns that need to be addressed. Mr. McKenzie hopes there is a way to <br />modify this plan to accommodate everyone.
