<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board authorizes Town Counsel to issue a written response
<br /> relative to the disposition of the Open Meeting Law Complaint filed by Barbara Lynne Barbee
<br /> on April 4, 2023. Ms. Sangeleer seconded. Mr. Caggiano, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, Mr.
<br /> Ganzenmuller, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes,
<br /> and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor.
