Mr. Morris had no comments. There <br /> were no issues from Board of Health or Conservation Departments. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Modification. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Modification to Petitioner, 3M <br /> Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC of 29/41 Echo Road under §174-24 <br /> (C) (9)(c) (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition#5 of the Special Permit Decision SP-2020-28 <br /> to extend the date for completion of construction from its previously extended date of February <br /> 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023 on property located in the 1-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning <br /> Districts, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Triple M. Management <br /> Company, LLC with the following conditions: <br /> The Board accepted the request for a Modification of the Special Permit under§174-24 (C) (9) (c) <br /> (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition #5 of the Decision SP-2020-28 to extend the date for <br /> completion of construction from its previously extended date of February 26, 2023 to August 31, <br /> 2023. <br /> 2 <br />
