MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION EXTENSION OF SP-2015-33, SP-2019-36 AND SP-2020-28 Owner of Record: Triple M Management Company, LLC 29 Echo Road(Map 19 Parcel 3-9) and Owner of Record: Triple M Management Company, LLC 41 Echo Road (Map 19 Parcel 3-8) Mashpee, MA 02649 MOD-2023-08 The Board had no issues with the request for the extension. Mr. Morris had no comments. There were no issues from Board of Health or Conservation Departments. In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Modification. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Modification to Petitioner, 3M Ventures, Inc., d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC of 29/41 Echo Road under §174-24 (C) (9)(c) (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition#5 of the Special Permit Decision SP-2020-28 to extend the date for completion of construction from its previously extended date of February 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023 on property located in the 1-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Triple M. Management Company, LLC with the following conditions: The Board accepted the request for a Modification of the Special Permit under§174-24 (C) (9) (c) (e) of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition #5 of the Decision SP-2020-28 to extend the date for completion of construction from its previously extended date of February 26, 2023 to August 31, 2023. 2
