A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br /> businessd; after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal period, which extends through <br /> Special Permits and Written Findings shall <br /> lapse_ iree years after date of grant unless a shorter period of time is specified in the <br /> Decision.
